Background

At Dr.Kranti (Prasad Psycho PVT. LTD.) makes best efforts to provide counseling services in a professional manner while keeping in mind the needs and interests of service recipients. However, there may be situations where a recipient may be dissatisfied with the services and ask for a refund of the money paid to Dr.Kranti. The conditions under which Dr.Kranti may provide such refund and the terms and conditions associated with it are specified in this refund policy "Refund Policy". Dr.Kranti will not under any other circumstances entertain any requests for refund.

Parties

The terms 'You' or 'Your' refer to You as a Registered User and the terms 'Dr.Kranti','We', 'Us', 'Company', and 'Our' refer to Prasad Psycho PVT LTD. Registered User means any person who has completed the registration process for receiving services offered by Dr.Kranti by payment of the requisite fees.

Applicability

You will be entitled to invoke this Refund Policy only as long as You are a Registered User. Your right to claim refund may arise in the event of the following types of defects or deficiencies on Our part:

a. Accounting error e.g. your account was charged for more than actual number of availed sessions;

b. Defect in services e.g. if you found the level of services received to be defective or unsatisfactory and company is able to validate your feedback post investigation;

If there is any dispute as to the existence of a defect or deficiency as mentioned above, the decision of Dr.Kranti shall be final. Any issue other than those specifically mentioned above, shall not be covered under this Refund Policy. If any deficiency in Service as reported by You is curable,Dr.Kranti may instead of refunding the money for services, at its discretion choose to re-perform the services.

Cut-Off Date

All claims for refund must be made by You within a period of (30) days from the date of purchase of our listed session packages. Beyond such a period, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Our sessions can be pre-booked in advance and can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment. We provide full flexibility for timely rescheduling 24 hours prior to the appointment. Users have the option to reschedule booked appointments twice beyond which they will have to take the session or cancel it with a deduction.

A counselor gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you when you schedule an appointment with them. It is a disservice to other clients who could have used that slot for their well being when you don't show up. Any request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment or failing to turn up is chargeable amounting to non-refundable cancellation of the session.

If our counselor cancels the appointment anytime before the appointment, the user will have the session credit to their account (No deductions will be made in such cases irrespective of the time of cancellation)

Refunds Process

You can submit a request for refund by mailing us at consult@drkranti.health with your customer ID and your grievance. In case your grievance is arising out of any quality issues - we will try our best to give you a corrective solution. For ease of processing & documentation of this process we will keep the refund request through the email provided above only. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to You the extent of refund and a tentative date by which you can claim it. We try to respond to any request for refund within ten (15) working days of receipt of request.

Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Refunds will not be applicable on used sessions irrespective of the package purchased.
No refund will be applicable on packages purchased at discounted prices redeemed through promotional codes or any special benefits & session credits which Dr.Kranti provides from time to time.
Other services including self help packages, happiness programs etc have a NO refund policy.
Non availability of a counselor will not account for requests for refund as we operate on a first come, first serve appointment basis.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Generally we take about 15 working days to process a refund; from the date a refund request is approved by Us. Delay in crediting a refund may be due to various reasons such as time taken by the banking process for reflecting the refund in your account.
