I am an RCI-licensed Child & Adolescent Counsellor (CRR NO. A74666) who is currently working as a Project Assistant in Lucknow at the Child Guidance Centre of the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD), an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. Skilled at carrying out a multifaceted assessment of children, adolescents and families with different psychological issues and symptoms and thereby creating personalised psychosocial interventions for them. Extensive experience in developing supportive and capacity enhancement modules and delivering them to children, adolescents and functionaries of various child-related systems such as Child Care Institute, Schools, Specialised Adoption Agencies, Juvenile Justice Boards, and Child Welfare Committees as per their identified needs and concerns.
